CEDIA's headquarters and main training facility are based in St Neots, Cambridgeshire adjacent to the A1 trunk road. It's location is convenient for car travellers from all directions being also close to the main A1 / A14 junction at Huntingdon.

For those arriving by train St Neots has a main line train station with travel times to and from London Kings Cross usually under one hour. CEDIA's office is a 10-minute taxi ride from the train station.
