Commissioning, Installing & Programming Integrated Intruder Alarms

Date: 29 May 2019

This course is hosted by SATEL, in partnership with Invision UK.

In this course, you will cover:

  • Basic System design
  • System design and planning using the CONFX Software
  • Create quotes, Bills of materials and further reports
  • Basic wiring guidelines for the system and detectors
  • Installation of an intruder alarm panel and other devices
  • Programming of the Satel system using DLOADX software
  • Integration with Control Systems

  • Heating control with KNX- Modes, Setpoints, Hysteresis PI/PWM, UFH Control
  • Which KNX products to use for each aspect of the heating system
  • Brief overview of Cooling and other systems found in the UK
  • Configuring and Parameters heating control systems:
    - System 1 - Theben RAMSES controlling radiators and Boiler
    - System 2 - Basalte Sentido controlling UFH and Boiler with Valve feedback

KNX Fast Track Certification

Date: 9 September 2019 to 13 September 2019

Location: My KNX Store Head Office, Gateshead

Our Fast Track Certification Course is divided into three sections. Day one will introduce our trainees to the history of the KNX protocol and a general overview of the system, from how each product can communicate together in the desired fashion to the various system topologies available.

Day two, three and four encompasses a detailed review of the ETS programming software with various practical workshops developing our trainees’ hands on experience in system programming, commissioning, trouble shooting and device selection.

The final day of our Fast Track Certification Course includes an overall course review and the theoretical and practical examinations. We offer same day grading and successful graduates will achieve KNX Partner Certification and a ETS Lite and ETS Professional discount voucher for their future projects.
